Pete Spink

Peter joined CVQO as an ILM Instructor and is now Regional Manager for the South Midlands. He is an experienced trainer and leader.

Having served in the Royal Air Force for 23 years his diverse career allowed him to work closely with specialist units in the British Army and this allowed him to gain experience in teaching and developing officers and servicemen from the 3 services in adventure training and he was part of a training team at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, leading expeditions all over the world.

Having spent over 30 years as a Football Association Referee, Peter spent time as a development trainer and senior assessor, overseeing staff development at county and national level.

Peter was a director of a training company and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies attained from the University of Oxford and is presently the Unit Commander of Northampton Emergency Services Cadet Scheme, overseeing the training and development of cadets & staff on tri Blue Light Services.

He enjoys hill walking, mountain biking and exercising his two Jack Russells, Lillie & Elsie.
