Kerry Barker

Kerry joined the Army Cadet Force as a cadet at the age of 14, then became an adult instructor in 1997.  She currently runs a successful Detachment within Dorset ACF

Kerry’s main areas of interest within the ACF are Shooting, Skill at Arms, Expedition Training and Navigation.

Kerry took part in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme and completed her Gold Expedition in Finland following the Russian Bear Trail, raising money for The Royal Star & Garter Home in Richmond.  The enjoyment Kerry got out of taking part in the Scheme has made her a very enthusiastic person who encourages all her cadets to participate in the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

She joined CVQO in November 2013 as an instructor on the CVQO Schools Partnership Project in the Dorset. Hampshire and Wiltshire area.
