Teaching and Learning Manager

CVQO is recruiting for an additional Teaching and Learning Manager whose key purpose is to deliver the BTEC Level 2 TPD qualification to a consistent standard of excellence that exceeds the requirements of external stakeholders.  You will focus on delivery within a designated area as well as participating in national delivery sessions.  You will be able to deliver in an engaging manner that supports the learner from registration through to certification, promoting good attendance and a successful outcome.  You will be responsible for ensuring that each learner receives an excellent standard of support and guidance commensurate with their needs.

You will support the Lead Curriculum Delivery Manager in meeting the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework requirements with regards to delivery.  You will ensure that delivery meets and exceeds the qualification achievement rates and minimum standards set by Ofsted by developing new teaching strategies within the team to work proactively together to establish a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a part time (0.6) permanent position based in London & Home Counties or East Anglia (preferably Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire or Cambridgeshire) and is required as soon as possible.
