Last weekend saw 18 young people join forces from the Sea, Army and Air cadets with one mission… to complete their ILM Level 2 Young Leaders Award course at CTC Chilwell.
The successful weekend was led by CVQO’s Michelle Welsh and the team of YLA instructors who over the course of two days helped challenge and unlock the leadership potential in these young people – while of course enjoying themselves at the same time!
Michelle Welsh said: “It was inspiring to see the cadets from all three services come together and get on so well and make new friends.”
