We are excited to announce that we are changing the way we deliver our qualifications starting from the beginning of the new academic year. The restructure has been driven by the new BTEC Level 2 Teamwork and Personal Development qualification, the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF), an internal audit of the Operations team and the changes we have implemented during COVID-19 restrictions.
The current Operations Team will split into two new teams: a Business Development Team and a Curriculum Delivery Team. The Business Development Team will concentrate on recruiting learners, delivering information, advice and guidance sessions (face to face and online), promoting all CVQO qualifications and fundraising. The Curriculum Delivery Team will focus on teaching and learning, meeting the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework requirements and delivery sessions (face to face and online).
The teams will be split into four new areas:
- Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Central England and Wales
- London, Home Counties and East Anglia
- Southern England
The restructure will enable us to adapt to changes in the external environment, ensure we are meeting all stakeholder requirements and allow us to provide a more focused service to our learners and supporters. A map of the new areas and a breakdown of who the regional contacts will be, will be available from next week.
The CVQO Business Development Team will be in contact with their regional teams in the near future, however, if you need to make contact sooner then please fill in the enquiry form on the CVQO website here and we will get straight back to you.
Enrolments for our new BTEC Level 2 qualification are open now and you can get more information here – https://cvqo.org/btec-level-2-21-22-academic-year/
Thank you for your continued support through what has been a very difficult time for everyone. We look forward to working with you in the coming academic year.
